At 9am on July 16th Deepal officially opened bookings and released all details about the new generation Deepal S07.

Priced between 14.99万 and 20.29万 (Chinese Yuan) the model now up for booking has six different versions available, mainly differentiated on its configurations; a left hand range-extender version, and an upgraded right handed version with Huawei’s new intelligent Qiankun technology.

The car comes in six different versions to choose from:

1. 215 MAX Range Extender version
2. 215 MAX Huawei Qiankun intelligence ADS SE version
3. 285 Max Range Extender version
4. 285 MAX Huawei Qiankun intelligence ADS SE version
5. 520 MAX Pure Electric version
6. 520 MAX Huawei Qiankun intelligence ADS SE version.

It also apparent that in terms of appearance not much has changed in the Deepal S07 version as it retains many of its previous exterior traits.

The model also offers six different colors to choose from; black, dull white, neon green, sunset orange, dark metallic silver and metallic green.

With a wheel base of 2900mm, the vehicle runs on 255/45R20 tires, providing a drag coefficient of 0.258Cd.

Interior of the car comes in black, green and burnt orange. However, a state of the art Smart Control System with multiple infotainment screens, 14 loudspeakers, and a 64 colored ambient lighting system only enhances the internal driving experience.

The vehicle also comes equipped with 16-way seat adjustments and an 8-point massage system in the driving system.

It may be noted that Deepal S07 is the second car of the Changan owned subsidiary Deepal.

Other models include SL03 and the G318. 

The Chinese name of the brand is “Shenlan” and represented by the Chinese characters “深蓝”.
