XNmotors was established in 2021 as a result of a merger between two distinguished companies: Huashengze and Dhariwal. Huashengze, with a history of selling cars and car parts for nearly a decade, and Dhariwal, an International Trade Company founded in 2019, which has conducted business across 32 countries. Together, they formed XNmotors, a sinoforeign enterprise specializing in the automobile export trade. The company has since expanded its operations to several countries and established bases in Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and is currently extending its reach to Saudi Arabia and the UAE. XNmotors continues to grow, securing its position in the global market.

The two founders chose China as the headquarters, seeing growth potential in the Chinese market.
