Geely Galaxy M7 Makes Global Debut with 1.5L Plug-in Hybrid System and 1730km Range

On February 6, the Geely Galaxy M7, a new compact SUV, made its global debut in Milan, Italy. The vehicle has completed its declaration with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and is equipped with a 1.5L plug-in hybrid system, offering 225km of pure electric range and 1730km of comprehensive range. The new car is expected to be officially launched in the first half of the year.

In terms of exterior design, the Geely Galaxy M7 adopts the Galaxy M series' family design language, with a closed front grille and a star-ring-shaped lamp group (the official reveal shows a lamp group spanning over two meters, containing 362 LEDs and 500 laser-engraved details), giving it a good horizontal view. The vehicle also features longitudinal air ducts on both sides, paired with narrow strip-shaped trapezoidal air intakes, giving it a good sporty feel. Notably, the front engine compartment cover has multiple raised lines, increasing the vehicle's muscular feel. The vehicle will be available in five colors, including Midnight Black.

From the side, the vehicle features traditional door handles and black matte plastic trim on the front and rear wheel arches, paired with dense-spoke wheels and chrome-plated window frames, enhancing the vehicle's refinement. The rear features a through-type tail lamp group, with the Geely brand's English logo in the center, paired with a distinctive diffuser and roof spoiler, giving it a good sporty feel. The vehicle has a drag coefficient of 0.27Cd. The dimensions are 4770/1905/1685mm, with a wheelbase of 2785mm.

In terms of interior design, the vehicle features a nearly flat center console line, paired with a dual-color design, and multiple chrome-plated details, creating a strong sense of texture. The vehicle features a full LCD instrument panel, a suspended central control screen, and a three-spoke multifunctional steering wheel, with a wood grain trim and crystal elements on the center console island, giving it a good sense of refinement. The vehicle will be equipped with the Flyme Auto car machine system, wireless phone charging, and ambient lighting. The vehicle will be available in three colors.

In terms of power, the vehicle is equipped with a 1.5L plug-in hybrid system, with a maximum engine power of 82kW, paired with a lithium iron phosphate battery, with a capacity of 18.4kWh and 29.8kWh, offering a maximum pure electric range of 225km and a comprehensive range of 1730km, with a fuel consumption of 3.35L/100km.
